Fontic is providing project management services for the Neerim Road, Murrumbeena development—a visionary mixed-use project situated adjacent to Murrumbeena Station.
Designed collaboratively by Fieldwork Architects and MALA, the project exemplifies a commitment to innovative design and community integration.
The proposed development comprises an eight-storey mixed-use building with two levels of basement providing car parking, plant, and shared amenities. Above ground, the building will accommodate 110 apartments and approximately 1,292 sqm of retail and commercial space. Notably, the site is immediately adjacent to an active rail corridor, with the building set back within 3 metres of the railway infrastructure—necessitating careful planning and coordination throughout delivery.
This development contributes to the ongoing revitalisation of Murrumbeena, a suburb renowned for its rich artistic heritage and vibrant community spirit.
